Warranty and Returns Policy
Exotic THC Vape Cartridges reviews warranty and return requests carefully. Because vape products and THC related items may involve safety, hygiene, legal, and compliance concerns, not every product is eligible for return or replacement.
Customers should inspect all orders promptly after delivery and contact us if there is a problem.
Return Eligibility

Defective Products
If you believe an item is defective, contact info@exoticthcvapecartridges.com with your order number, product name, description of the issue, and photos or videos if available.
Defect claims are reviewed case by case. A replacement, store credit, refund, or manufacturer referral may be offered when the issue qualifies under the applicable policy.
Damaged During Shipping
If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly and keep all packaging. We may need photos of the shipping box, label, product packaging, and damaged item.
Failure to keep packaging may limit our ability to review the claim.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, do not open or use it. Contact us at info@exoticthcvapecartridges.com with your order number and photos of the item received.
Using, opening, or altering the incorrect item may affect return eligibility.
Manufacturer Warranty

Batteries and Chargers

Refunds
